If you have any questions or concerns regarding your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for verification.
■Check-in Arrangements
The hotel will prepare guest rooms strictly in accordance with the details shown on the booking confirmation.
If a reservation was made based on incorrect information provided by a third-party website, we sincerely apologize; however, we are only able to provide the Standard Japanese-style room as specified by the booking agent.
Requests for complimentary room upgrades or other compensation cannot be accommodated by the hotel.
Please contact the travel agency or booking website through which your reservation was made for further assistance.
