Do you have car parks?
Yes, we have free parking space for about 300 cars on our hotel premises.
Do you have an ATM/cash machine in your hotel?
We have FamilyMart on first floor,available at FamilyMart ATM/cash machine.
Do you have Launderette/Laundromat?
Our launderette/Laundromat is on the 2nd floor, and you can use 24/7,
Price: washing machine 200yen , Dryer 100yen(per 15min)
Can I use Wifi in the hotel?
Yes, you can access free Wifi in the hotel.
You may use our desk top PC in the lounge room on 2nd floor as well.
Do you have a swimming pool and gym?
We have 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool.
Indoor pool and Gym facility hours 9:00 to 21:00 hours.
The outdoor pool is only available during summer season 9:00 to 17:00 hours.
Price of Rental swimming costumes/gears.
Swimming trunks, suits, 500 Yen each. (limited availability)
Swimming cap (free of charge)
Towel set 400 Yen
Swimming float can be used but water gun and beach ball are not allowed.
Can I use the hotel facilities before check in and/or after check out ?
Yes, you can.
Your room will be ready and we will hand in your room key by 3 PM,
but you can register your stay from 8:00 AM and can start using hotel facilities.
If you would like to stay in the hotel after your check out.
You will be allowed to use our hotel facilities and also can use discount coupons as long as staying in the hotel on your checkout date.
Do you have 'Onse Hot spring spas' ?
We have a Japanese garden style outdoor bath, indoor bath, Jacuzzi and sauna in the each building.
The main building 'Onsen hot spring spa' is open 24 hours a day.
Another Onsen Spa in the Annex building is open 6:00 to 24:00 during busy periods.
You can use our safety boxes by 'Onsen Spa' entrances.
If you need a towel set, you can hire（400 yen） at the pool/gym reception or at the check in counter in the lobby.
